Video: Montana ft. Easy Yves Saint – Leavin’ Flo

Houston MC Montana and Easy Yves Saint of The Niceguys link for a track off dude’s project Lift Off, which dropped last week. Produced by Cristolph, also of The Niceguys. I don’t know much about this guy, but this is pretty dope.

But then paint drying >> Tha Carter III

^you liked relapse and you didn’t like C III?

    disqualified.

    ^^^

Carter III was shit. A few positives here and there, but shit overall. Just cause I’m a Lil Wayne fan doesn’t mean I’m going to blindly give into his mishaps or pretend I like somethign that I don’t. With being said:

Carter III was for one ether’d by Evil Empire off bat. “I Feel Like Dying” “One Night Only” among others would have been largely great replacements (note: not additions, replacements) to that disc. “Tha Leak” was half the punch that Carter III lacked. I mean the nigga performed “Gossip” at the BET Awards when “Lollipop” was on deck. Chess move for plenty niggas there, but thats a whole nother convo…

    So anyways…
3 Peat was boring as fuck. “Abracadabra, I’m up like Viagra”? Save it for the next nigga. Especially after following “Tha Mobb” from the previous disc. I thought Mr. Carter wasn’t bad, but waaay too gimmicky. Didn’t have any lasting power or replay value. “Got Money” was hype sure, but it just seemed mechanical compared to the other forms of inspiration on the joint. “Phone Home” was absolute shit and “Tie My hands” was good for 1 listen (side note, kinda poor sequencing in the first half of the disc in my opinion, but whatever).

2nd half of the disc picked up. Mrs. Officer was just stupid, I know plenty bitches that like wayne that wrote off “Mrs. Officer” just the same. Let The Beat Build I thought was a highlight, but not for wayne. He sleepwalks lyric and flow wise, but it was nice hearing the beat chime in bit by bit, but then not like no one’s done that before. Shoot Me Down was a centerpiece for the disc and a career HL in my opinion for both its simplicity and his subdued flow in it. Disagree if you want, but Shoot Me Down is a great song and it doesn’t TRY to be great like…damn neaer every single other song on that disc.

Lollipop is Lollipop. I still listen to it, more than Mr. Carter anyway. “La La” in my opinion (with Phone Home), is singlehandedly the worst song of Wayne I have ever heard. Beat sucked, Busta was a horrible inclusion, David banner lost my respect for that. ‘Playing With Fire” was okay, but again, listenign to it it just sounds like they are styring waaaaay too hard to make this song good. But it is good, not great, but good. “You Aint Got Nuthin” was, again, great for everything except wayne himself. Juelz spit a career highlight verse, Fab killed it, and Wayne struggled to keep it with both them and Alc’s beat.

“Dont Get It” is boring and stupid. I hope Wayne Farrakhan never opens his mouth again.

So yeah, I got class in 8 mins, but Carter 3 was overall a piece of shit.

All people of color whether your Black, Mexican, Vietnamese, Samoan, Indian, Native American etc

all of us share some sort of common bond, even though we may have our prejudices against one another, we all share some sort of common bond wheter were consciously aware of it or not

I can blame every single one

Every single white person that has a pulse is perepuating the system of White Supremacy in America

If your white and your not helping to end White Supremacy in America you are the problem

    i dont give a fuck

the little naive white bitch in the burbs names becky that shops at the mall and walks around like shes in la la land is perpetuating white supremacy

the cracka that puts his yankee cap on and twists it to the side trying to assimlate to a culture his people shitted multiple times until they couldnt help but to accept it is perpetuating white supremacy

thats why i said 99.9% beacuse there is a 00.1% of white people that are AWARE of this and try to change it

but even those crackas still look at YOU as a non white and subconsciously position themselves to think they are more superior because of it

Lol, I personally know several Koreans who will gladly disagree with your belief that we all share a common bond, but I’ll let you tell it. . .
