LOL at niggas stanning for premeditated bricks…

    ^

Haha exactly, you bummy nicca – the album was supposed to flop, Nahright was supposed to post a smug little posting about how you can’t fight the blogs and win, Lupe was supposed to be a has-been, and on and on.

But you know what? Sometimes life isn’t that simple, bitch-nicca.

Sometimes a motherfucker beats all odds and expectations and shows that he has a true fan base (remember that? Most people don’t have that any more.)

So Lupe proved everybody wrong, including idiots like you.

200k+ is a brick? Nicca is you dumb? Or did you forget your fucking medication.

FOH with that logic. Pick any of these fuckboy artists and they’d be fucking DELIGHTED to do 200k.

Jim Jones won’t do 10,000 – mark my fucking words. I don’t know a singl motherfucker on earth who would pony up 9.99 for Jim. Nobody. Nada. NO ONE.

So go ‘head with that bummy, crab in a barrell ass attitude. You got a Ferrari too? Where your Ferrari at?

    Thought so.

    Question…

People make 45k-60 a year in entry level jobs pot college right.

So How hard do you think it would be for an independent artist to get to a level where they could make 45-60k a year from music and shows?

I think a lot of aspiring artists want the millions and shit

is it possible to make 40-60k a year just from music and shows and merch i mean i know its possible but is it realistic and attainable?

  20. Tyrone Obama Says:

What’s the argument today… Y’all still on that odd future should respect artist that came before them cause they sound similar or have the same content. Therefore if you listen to odd future but not the artist who style they seemed to be based on then you’re wrong shit?

  25. Tyrone Obama Says:

Why you so aggy for Slum?… Ain’t nobody was wishing failure on lupe.. Or predicting bad sales for him. Shit most of us were looking forward to the lasers release.

Unfortunately as an album Lasers is very disappointing its a clear grab at MTV crossover money, and it’s clear that lupus motivation in crafting said album was money and not art.

i was at mtv spring break when lupe was performing and halfway thru his set he went on a rant about record labels n shit. i tihnk he knew he had no choice but to put out lasers as is. in the end its just 1 less album he owes atlantic

that nigga can stop whining also… He made the choice to sign a contract he needs to fulfill his obligations. Music is a business at the end of the day… If he truly cared about artistic freedom he wouldn’t have signed a 6 album deal. But like most people he wanted security.
