they put that together with a handheld personal camera and dropped it right around the time the Social Network dropped. genius.

I think the best part of the whole story is just the honesty in it. They really have no idea whats going to happen, and as a first time watcher neither do you. So you are right there experiencing the same emotions as they are. Its kinda hard to discuss this without throwing spoilers out everywhere.. But there were a few scenes that really made you say ‘ooooooh shit’.. tripped out stuff

is that a current top 5 or an all time top 5? either way it’s ill when people make top 5’s that actually reflect their tastes rather than the default top 5 of pac/big/nas/jay/insert random rapper

  32. Danny Ocean Says:

NOWB is in reality a middle aged overweight white women who lives in a small house in the rural midwest, with her truck driver husband and his two clinically retarded adult sons from a previous marriage. He lives vicariously thru his various online screennames as they are the high point of his otherwise non eventful life.

    no shots.

  33. Joe 88 Says:

ur not really saving bars cause you’re in a group, you just write less. It’s not like he writes whole songs, then stores verses from said songs and let his niggas rap with him.

In other words, he writes what’s required. He’s not saving anything.

Now that the ink is dry on Curren$y’s Warner Bros. contract, he’s wasting no time in making his arrival known. The Jets Life star is ready to take flight, with several new albums and a promo tour lined up for 2011.
Curren$y has two new longplayers, Muscle Car Chronicles and Pilot Talk III, penciled for 2011. The former Young Money associate kicked off his widely acclaimed Pilot Talk series in 2010 with Pilot Talk and Pilot Talk II, issued through Damon Dash’s BluRoc Records and distributed by Def Jam. The two street albums moved about 70,000 units combined and helped Curren$y earn a reported $750K in touring on his own.

The former XXL Freshman is also putting finishing touches on a new EP, Covert Coup, produced entirely by The Alchemist. Covert Coup will hit the iTunes on April 19th, just in time for the 4/20 holiday in Smoker Nation. The aforementioned promo tour begins the next night in New Orleans.
Curren$y’s tour bus will stop by over 40 cities, including New York, Los Angeles, Houston, and Vancouver. Consult the dates below to see if Spitta is coming to a venue near you.

I mostly just thought she was crazy.. but that scene when they are standing next to horse pen and all the cards kinda get laid out on the table.. and you saw that ‘oh shit he knows’ look wash over her.. I couldnt help but feel sad and embarassed for her

  49. why? Says:

    J. Cole = Kanye before 808’s and Nas before Kelis and almost as good as either but still makes tracks that after a few listens are mostly forgettable.

  50. Nah'sONlyWhiteBoy Says:

Curren$y is a very positive individual. Although he does refer to people that do not smoke weed as “lames” i feel that he is only referring to old people. Or those who do not see him in a positive light.

Wiz Khalifa on the other hand is very negative. Any time I am with a girl and one of his songs comes on, I question if the bitch I am with is a true dime, or if she would leave me for him

I dont understand the super love J. Cole gets either. I put my cousin on with his music and this nigga think he’s the second coming (n) This morning he said J. Cole would kill drake, smfh.

^Well, to me he is better than The Jewish actor who still is in character as a black rapper.

Also, J.Cole’s view and topics of choice is one of a kind. He’s not being something he’s not or just rapping about all the dough he got like most of the new rappers. It’s like if they weren’t given an advance at the record company to floss, they’ll have nothing to talk about other than smoking and shooting up niggas they dreamed up.

His raps is sorta how I really view the world and how I live it. But, like I said, I know I’m like the only one here that find Cole dope. It’s very rare that you find people that can deliver you something different than what’s already been said and he does that. To me at least.
