Thought ain’t engaging at all. He don’t got those line that’s gonna make you say “OHHH SHIT!” You’ll more likely be like, damn he’s going in, but you’re not gonna remember any of his lines. Beans would murder Black Thought.

    ^
    i disagree…

  3. Jackson7 Says:

fat rappers have better breath control cause they have the capacity for greater air intake…and they also have more resonance in their voices cause their giant stomachs act as a natural built in sub-woofer

    true story..

i still dont think Rick Ross is in the same class as the great chubb Rock or Pun … but even fat joe got that golden fat boy voice like Biggie and them…

    I’m inclined to agree.

Fuck all this would “murder” bullshit.

If he aint murder anyone… then its irrelevant.

Black thought is an incredible MC, but just because he is untested doesn’t mean you can assume he’d beat anyone.

i LOVE hiphop beef, personally… that shit is the competitive essence of emceeing..

smack DVD shit.. Fight Club.. Tyger Ty… CH vs Serius Jones… Nas vs Camel… Loaded Lux… the old Jae millz… even Free Style Fridays … all that shit…

    i love seeing MCs battle…

    ^
but MC’s dont beef like that anymore… its not the same…

now niggas is making videos and bullshitting on twitter instead of showcasing WHY they believe they are better…

    i blame 50 just a little…

    ^

So we just ignore the Summer Jam Screen and CamelGOAT, huh?

    SMH.

okay. now what you think tariq would do on that special delivery beat?

also, in that same interview i mentioned earlier the interviewer asked him how he feels in that underrated position as opposed to hov & if he felt hov was mainstream.

his reply was: “that nigga mainstream as a mahfucka!”

few months later, hov rocking with the roots on mtv.

you don’t bungee jump in above a shark tank with no cord yo.

That’s why I think Lupe is one of the Best rappers ever…
but he aint a GOAT until he proves it.

you can’t just be good & let all that shit go to waste.

thats part of why people still jock Hov.

cuz he capitalized & proved he is a great MC in every way.

Jay aint gonna let Ross get on this beat in any official capacity.. that’ll be like given ROss home court advantage.

This beat wasnt made for niggas to be clever on this beat was made to instigate fuckery…

Wocka would have killed this song to

    ^^
True, but i fux with it as is tho. Jay murdered this and kanye was nice.

  21. F YOU PAY ME! Says:

Hov could have went harder on this but due to the fact this nigga was recording in a plush ass australian studio..the atompshere fucked with his hard esque

He should have been in NY in a hole in the wall studio with a 40 instead of a flute of champange

Jigga would have killed this shit harder than Hov did

    He still went in tho

He should have just shitted on these niggas and bragged about the yachts and maybachs and how his bitch got more bread than these bitch ass rappers

Fuck yall mad at me foe? Yall dont even know what i been through//
I played chicken with a MAC Truck, yall mothafuckas would have been moved//
I swam waters with great whites, yall mothafuckas would have been chewed//
I hustled with vultures, late nights, yall mothafuckas would have been food//

    He still chopped that shit

and YE did his thing on the beat

These niggas should have let WAKA act a bafoon on the hook

then that shit would have went HAM

  22. Assassin Says:

p.s. did this nigga Ye really say an Eli Porter line?? “Like Eli, I DID it”..roflmd(ominican)ao

  23. arodgrime Says:

kanye and jay fucked up their brand with this one. not better than the joy. kanye saved it with his impromptu overproduction towards the end. sounds forced.yawn.

  24. PHD Says:

I see a lot of hypocrites who say it doesn’t matter if Ross lies but if ANOTHER rapper merely exaggerates in his RHYMES he is cut to pieces.

50 Cent broke sales records with the truth so did Eminem.

Damn even Drake admits he is what he is!

BIG, Jay and Nas were/are worshipped for their lyrics.

ROSS is not lyrical but his beat selection is OUTSTANDING.

He is a GUEST vocalist on his own album!

So basically he is a black Fat Joe with better promotion and weaker lyrical content (and thats saying something)

Banks makes the album everybody in hip hop wanted G-Unit to make (except 50) and he bricks!

Ross is all right… but I don’t understand how now because we are all suddenly hip hop “experts” that we still love Waka and Ross (not a classic album , mixtape or song between them) but constantly ask Jay Z and Kanye to do better (even though they have dropped more then one classics)

They are being held to an impossible standard that we all know cannot be reached and we probably wouldn’t appreciate even if they did.

    But if either died tomorrow…

damn it would be worst and we would have dedication mixtape, blog, vids, award show dance numbers, etc claimimg they were the greastest and deserve posthumous Grammys!

I don’t think Waka’s mom would notice if he missing RIGHT NOW!

I think this is a real bad look for hip hop really…

So Slaughterhouse is the internet DREAM TEAM and bricks but Ross goes gold almost each time out?

Do we even know what real hip hop music is anymore?
