General Steve Stoute accepts the award for Innovator of the Year last night at the 2010 ADCOLOR Awards in Miami.

The ADCOLOR Awards are:

The ADCOLOR Awards is an non-profit initiative launched by the ADCOLOR Industry Coalition – a collective formed in 2005 that serves to promote increased diversity in the advertising, marketing and media industries. The also aim to inspire current and future communications professionals of color by celebrating the accomplishments of diverse role models and industry leaders.

Queen Latifah accepts the “All-Star” award after the jump.

    Because the line after was “fight to the death”, which made it appear that Nas was implying any response to oppression besides violence was foolish. Which I don’t agree with, as I kind of iterated in my comment about MLK. Non violent and violent protest have their place in revolutions.

    He’s as flawed as anyone else. So co-sign whoever said all leaders were flawed.
