    You should see some definite changes within 3-4 weeks. You should be on some whole other shit within 3 months. I started in May, but took like two weeks off at different times to go on alcohol benders. Not a good look.

    If you’re taking mad breaks in the workouts (which may be nessessary when you first start) you could def be there for that amount. Not to mention the ab days. But straight thru, technically none of em are over an hour.

    some days yeah. normally it seemed like 90 min (becasue of the ab workout along with the other shit), but when I was really pushin myself I took more breaks… Plus I normally only get like 5-5.5 hours of sleep everyday. it wasn’t a good look. but when I get my shit together I’m def gonna go with those tapes again.

    I didn’t do the specific diet like you, but just tried to eat better in general. I had good results.

    ^ throwing weights in the mix is good tho, you want to be stronger by lifting more than you body weight

    i guess im bias to lifting because my intro to working out was mainly bodyweight exercises.ive seen some brolic dudes who cant do a pullup tho.i have two 30 lbs dumbells that i might hit once in a blue but i just feel stupid doing them for some reason.i do know that weights will bulk you up faster than anything tho.what is the reason for you running and lifting at such an intense level?

    Well, I run and lift crazy to lose weight and get back my strength and shape after getting shot. At my heaviest, I was at 303lbs, then I dropped to around 260 for a while (2009), lost my job, house burnt down, etc, and stopped working out. Started back up in March after seeing pics of myself. I keep those pics around the house and in the car as reminders to keep working and getting strong again.

    30lb DBs can give you all the workout you need, FYI.
