If anyone believes rick ross was just a co for one year and than ten years past when dude had no job and he has no street connections is a damn fool and has nvr been near any kind of real “street dudes”, dude was a co at 19 for one year and nvr had a job since than and u cats act like he snitched like nickey barnes…smmfh

    ^^^

all speculation or do u personally kno rick ross? noshots but ya sound like yall grew up together and road the same bus to school…
    ^^^^

funny thing is i live in Fl and i heard about ross and his music and his “goons” years b4 he came out and trust dude was rolling with people that had a set rep, as far as facts, the facts are he had a job for one year at 19 and not another one after that thats on record….so use ur common sense wtf was dude doing for that time period…and name one person with any type of weight that has came out that has said dude is fake and was a cop or snitch, that lived in fl or in the south

The “most street” song on TML is Up All Night feat Nicki Minaj,

dont get me wrong its a great song and Nicki goes in, but she is talking about the commas on the price tag of her shoes- That aint gangsta

I don’t think any nahggers can relate to that, but you guys always suprise me

Smh at people who say they want street music, but knwo in their hearts, they have nvr held or saw a brick or even shot a gu n in the air or moved any type of weight or robbed anyone…so just be real with urself and ur heart…..this is 2010 and ninjas act like we in 89 where every ninja has to hustle on the block to pay for light bills…yes there are some examples of that but none that have that have that problem but still can access nahright 24/7…

2 many critics and not enough fans and the reason why there are so many critics, is because deep down a lot of these hip hop fans really want to be mc’s….smh @ been over 25plus still doodling in ur book of rhymes…..

100% agree with him possibly being a part of SH or a group like it..But Charles mouth is what gets him into trouble..dude has a lot of talent but he gasses himself up to the point where he walks into an industry meeting now and hes covered in Oil (exaggeration)

I don’t get how grown people still don’t get the concept of ‘relating’ to music. Granted some shit is so alien to your daily thought process, that material might not relate. But how much shit can you really relate to if your just going by experiences. I can’t relate to a god damn thing Jay-z or Nas experiences on a day to day basis. I couldn’t relate to the experiences of tupac when I was in 6th grade, and I can’t relate to the experiences of luther vandross if he was singing about dudes.

But motherfuckers are human beings, and you can relate to how they respond to the circumstances they’re in and how they feel about shit or analyze it.

As for eminem, I can’t relate to murder fantasies and fucking the elephant mans scull @ michael jacksons crib, but I love rap and can nod my head and appreciate great lyrics when I hear them.
