Puff covers XXL for the first time ever. More importantly though, the issue will feature a piece on Guru’s final days as well as one of thosenifty “The Making Of” articles on Ice Cube’s AmeriKKKa’s Most Wanted.

    wow suprising

  2. Beezy Says:

No problems? How about his problem finding commercially viable artists?

  3. Beezy Says:

Diddy’s smartest move is signing management deals with artists…thats a win/win for both.

  4. Mook Says:

    Word Life>Jewels

Sorry fam I don`t even play that CD and I consider myself a fan. Also I met OC in person and dude was real.

never listened to Word Life, though i use the phrase daily. was slightly before my time. in high school Jewelz was my intro to O.C. if memory serves correct, Jealous One’s Envy and “Hip to the Game” by Lord Finesse were my introduction to DITC. if you’re telling me that Word Life’s production tops Jewelz, then i might have to hop in the Dalorean (i.e. visit Amazon.com).

Diddy has not been able to capture that Bad Boy sound from the 90s

As much as I hate Officer Ricky thats prolly his best bet
And Puff did produce the bulk of american Gangster which is a classic IMO very slept on

So I bite my tongue but you know, you knowww.

  11. Beezy Says:

Just like the Qat chewers in Yemen. “We” look at them as drug abusers, but its a cultural norm that isn’t easily understood by outsiders.

nope. i’m just speechless that you simultaneously admit to opium consumption and being Afghanny, whilst defending your country’s staggering rate of dependency. considering the current climate/recent history (last 30 years) of that part of the earth, i really have no way to respond to that.

I guess they tyrna sell some issues

  20. Dtownknight Says:

I’m actually going to make a point to buy this. Scarface and Damian Marley/Nas, Ice Cube and Diddy and Guru. This looks like it should have come up 10 or 15 years ago.
