    “Sneakers” was my shit.

  28. landlord Says:

    Lex Diamond Story > Immobilarity

they both sound much better now, than they did then, though …

most of 1998-2003 hiphop has aged nicely..

prolly cause the more recent and current shit is mostly commercial trash ….

  29. rex hussla Says:

Immobilarity had a couple dope tracks…especially towards the end. (Sneakers, My Favorite Dread) But overall that shit hurt. And Wu-Massacre….I’m just pretending that shit didn’t come out.

I think that’s what made it sound so shitty. OB4CL 2 is a classic to me.. Wu Massacre had maybe 3 or 4 bangers and that’s being kind

  31. sealsaa Says:

Immobilarity had like 3 decent tracks on it. Can’t say the same for Lex Diamond.

Great follow-up? Sure. Classic? Not so much. Honestly, I thought he was going to do worse.

^Shit please tell which songs are those. I listened to that album like 4 times and still cant find at least one song that made me say the purchase was worth it

  35. koa29 Says:

    Cocainism? Raekwon?

Dude’s getting old. Drug raps? Change your subject matter nigga.

  36. Suvio-Blue Says:

Immobilarity lyrics was solid, his lyrics always are, OBFCL2 was a great album, dont know what DC was listenin to but its only bout 3 maybe 4 songs i didnt like on there, which if put Badlands and Walk Wit Me on there itda been xtra solid! Rae is easy to follow for me, its all about originality and ya own slang…and Rae genre is mafioso rap and the mafia will always have cocaine ties so thats what it is…along as the shit sound dope fuck cares bout dude subject matter, id rather hear a ill ass rhyme that has some coke ties over a wack rhyme talkin bout the president or some shit…

  37. Suvio-Blue Says:

100 rounds, Yae Yo, Casablanca, Fuck Them, Live from NY, Fav Dred, Friday, Sneakers, Pop Shit and Forecast are all raw tracks! specially Fav Dred, Rae says some off the wall things on that track…

  38. Nah Right » Raekwon - Alphabet Soup Says:

[…] When Wally’s & Pringles leaked out, Rae told us that he had a song called “Alphabet Soup” in the cut. Last I heard, the Brinks Boyz Volume 2: We Stayin’ is still scheduled for a Memorial Day Weekend release. […]
