I swore this dude was gonna drop dead after they performed on VH1’s Hip Hop Honors.

Crime Pays aint that good though fam….Killa’ music seem hella unenthusiastic these days…maybe he just simply fell off

Cam probably deep down misses those Dipset niggas….(nh)

I bet you haven’t listened to it since the month it dropped.

And Cam is more focused in putting it in Jimmy & Juelz faces (nh) then missing them, hence the “Boss Of All Bosses” title.

^ I’m with you. And Purple Haze still gets some spins. Even his haters have to admit, Cam has put together a solid body of work despite his lengthy absences (IBS shit (no pun) and that gap of time w/ family issues).

    ^ not funny.

Nah, watching the niggas you put on being so disloyal has to sap your motivation somewhat.

It hasn’t been a year & Cam already has his spot back. How is that falling off?

I’m glad he got better though.

There needs to be a Native Tongues album. They’re one of the only crews never to do an album group.

I bet Baby Bam won’t be invited though.

  11. Cashmere Cavalli aka Debonair Cavalier Says:

all cam needs is consistent production becuz the bars are there

and since crime pays dropped the music has only gotten better

  12. AmpGeez a.k.a. Smoke Greene Says:

They’re one of the only crews never to do an album as a group.*

  13. Vincent Van Dro Says:

And you’ll get yolked up, switch blade-poked up, bitch made since 6th grade he need his rope cut.
Cowboy roped up, y’all boys sold what? You know what? The dope, crack, and coke is in the coat tucked, roll up, hold up, family this a hold up! Get close up, soaked up, I’m KG, post up.

  14. Vincent Van Dro Says:

If you know like I know …

    … you should lie low

  15. RNC Chairman Michael Steele Says:

Cam killed Wayne and Gucci on “Stupid Wild”. He actually sounds good on Gucci songs, something about cam over cheap/simple sounding beats.

But Cam is nowhere near where he was at his peak. Didn’t he have a Number 1 single at one point?

  16. nestle snipes Says:

Cam needs to stop hanging in the hood and being around the ghetto.

This man is a platinum artist. I see him in Marshalls XXXL Edition Polos with fake Gucci hats.

    That’s not a good look.

Fab keep it hood and ghetto, but he stay decked out in Louie.

    Fab > Cam

  17. Youn Says:

Cam needs to get some beats from Ye
    dip-set forever >

    Fab > Cam
    ==========================
The fact Cam can walk through his hood and still get the amount of love he gets shows he’s authentic. He’s not in the hood cause he has no choice. HE wants to be there.

And Fab doesn’t have half the $$$ or street cred Cam has. His crew rings more bells then he does.

    Cam > Fab

  19. RNC Chairman Michael Steele Says:

There’s nothing stopping him from getting top beats…as long as they’re from other peoples songs and he raps over them for a mixtape.

Still, that’d be great and a good way to show he could make a hot song with today’s best production. Wayne did it on Da Drought 3, and thats easily one of the best mixtapes ever and one of the best records of the decade.

  20. AmpGeez a.k.a. Smoke Greene Says:

Cam & Just Blaze > Cam & Kanye

  21. Black Brokaw Says:

Cam on a beat > Cam on a street (light)

  22. b-ease Says:

Does Crime Pays sound doper today than it did when it first dropped? Yea, it does. Is it Cam’Rons worst album? Yea, it is. So where does that leave us?

Over the course of like 2 and half years, Cam was one of the most popular rappers in the country, doing bizarre remixes of his own songs with Mariah Carey and actually making his protégés legitimate rap stars.

Now he’s the best rapper on WorldStar. He does NOT have his spot back.

  23. b-ease Says:

    Cam > Fab

    ^^
I mean, that goes without saying.

  24. Youn Says:

Ever since cam got punched it’s be down hill

  25. Don_Garcia Says:

Where the eff is the Dr Dre single?!
Wasn’t it supposed to drop two days ago?
Eskay! Call up André and please let me know!!

He was also on a major label during that time.

He’s indie now so of course he doesn’t have the same level of exposure he used to have, but for a guy who disappeared from the scene without a trace to making the biggest noise on NY’s mixtape circuit, Cam is back and in NY, he’s the biggest artist doing it.

  27. Eastern_Digital aka Nahright's Fantasy Football champ Says:

Yeah Cam needs to do somethig like da drought.
