DJ Premier said this regarding the new Kanye album:

“…his new album is strictly hard beats and rhyme. He’s totally done with electro. You’re gonna be surprised what you hear.”

It better be more than just traditional-sounding sampled beats and rhymes. Not saying that Kanye could make a great album like that, but a BIG part of the thrill of a new Ye album is what new things he’s gonna do with the production.

you’d shake hands for the simple fact that if he’s got words for you you can immediately get to teeing off on his chin with the free hand (||) never fails if you got confidence in your knuckle game.

BULLSHIT!! There aren’t many new bridges to cross in hip hop. Cube, Dre, $hort & Ice T are the root of the west. Most of the Mcs are related to one of them in some way. Even Glasses Malone,s dumbass is related to Cube (Kam is G. malone’s Mentor & he is signed to Mack 10 and guess who brought Mack 10 & Kam in hip hop, CUBE! So talk all the shit you want, if not for the Godfathers, a lot of these snot nosed ingrates would not be here getting their 15 seconds of fame. Yup 15 seconds because based on what i’ve heard, Jay rock & G malone do not have anything to offer that would give them a long career. Plus going at a legend when you’re not even a relevant rookie is career suicide. Ask Canibus.
