Video: Fabolous Talks Twitter Beef w/ Jim Jones

In case you missed it, the other day Fabolous and Jim Jones went back and forth subliminally on Twitter when Jimmy tried to take credit for Fab’s style (smh) in his last video. Not that anyone gave a fuck, but it was interesting to me because it seemed like Fab was trying to pass for a Run This Town Jay-Z.

These two also have a sketchy, and possibly unresolved, past beef.

But you gotta give it to him though he had niggas all over south…east…west…wearing those chains on their jeans. No other nigga in the rap game did it before him but alot did it after (Wayne, Fab, Birdman etc…)
He still can’t rap for shit though. That was his mission…to get people to focus on his clothes and not what’s coming out his mouth

  25. Tong Po Flo Says:

and won’t stop until i juice ‘em.

    ^
i really don’t know…going to an HBCU will do that to you in terms of books. Also, I write books and stuff, so I’m reading books like Game listens to hip hop albums from the 90s, just to get better at the craft. I mean, I’m suggesting those because they’re differing perspectives, since there’s no “one” Black perspective. But reading that will give Sam a good base to build on.

As far as good history books in general, I’m currently reading “A Short History of The World” by JM Roberts, which basically covers the big bang til now. It covers a lot of major events, and is a good way to get acclimated and to use as a springboard. It’s a little dry at parts, though.
