RapRadar.com posted several Tweets from Ortiz which were posted by the rapper over the weekend.

“E1 is fucking cockblocking us from doing something monumental for our fans and our careers. I don’t give a fuck who gets mad. It’s the truth,” said Joell Ortiz in a Tweet.

Ortiz also revealed that since E1 is blocking his deal with Slaughterhouse he won’t be giving them his album, Free Agent.

“Little known fact – E1 also jamming me up from doing a major, major deal as part of Slaughterhouse. So they ain’t getting FREE AGENT,” Ortiz Tweeted.

2 things always prevented that song from being extra dope to me:

    1) the references to giving to charities, truly charitable people dont bring that shit up every chance they get, or hold press conferences (him and Puff after Katrina)

    2) it contains one of the worst hooks in hiphop history. Hands down.

  68. TheCo!!inB Says:

The People is one of those beats that may have taken 10 minutes to put together and it’s just a raw hip hop chopped and sampled beat. I can’t explain it if you’ve never made a beat before I can see how you’d pick other joints over People but Kanye was a conduit for Dilla on that beat. Shit is just ill.

  69. KzA Says:

The stellar future of a promising student becomes the uncertain one of an undocumented immigrant.

The greatest opportunity for young people like Felipe lies in the passage of the federal Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors Act, also known as the Dream Act. In a 2009 report, The College Board estimated 65,000 undocumented students graduate each year from high school. The legislation would enable those who arrived in the United States before 16 and have lived here at least five consecutive years to obtain residency.
