A little birdy told me the reason why Eskay’s been absent lately is because he’s negotiating a deal with Universal Records, to be their arm for online distribuition. Its the first of a kind deal and will set the precedence for how majors will sooner or later have to bow down to the blogs.

The Game’s “Pussy Fight” song definately needs an SNL digital short.

album after album i’m convinced even more that Curt wrote most of Jayceon’s first album…and without him and features from other artist he virtually helpless rapper…i cant think a dope Jayceon song that didn’t a feature artist doing the chorus or have a top notch producer that loop a sample voice that becomes the chorus of the song.

I dont doubt 50 had pretty much all the creative control on the first record, but Game’s second album was better IMO.

^ the streets blogs are watching… Well it turns out that Universal was set to launch a new web based distribution medium. At the same time Eskay was looking to start up Nahright records… Attorney’s who happened to know eacho ther pitched the idea that to two should work together… this coming from a source close to miss info, who was scheduled to hint to the story in a week or so.
