  1. cOLD Says:

I take raw food as a metaphor for knowledge

lions disguised as lambs – people like himself in his homeless, struggling and needing to be enlightened

    ionno

it is def a difficult line to decipher

    ^ this works also.

… only thing about this that’s not working for me is, when he says disguised as lambs, its giving the impression that its the intention of the person to conceal their true self. How does being homeless or in the struggle compare to that.

  2. why? Says:

Whoa, this cover is pretty good.

^word. Kind of what Rigz said…wolves in sheeps clothing…niggas preying on other people, doing whatever they need to survive.

Not knowing the consequences of their actions…unenlightened…etc

go back to earlier in the track when he is talking about being on the corner, fighting, smoking….”finding meaning in a bottle of corona”…until the “5%-ers rolled up on a nigga and informed him”

now he in turn is spreading the same information to those who need it

FTR I’m feeling this Jay Elec line deciphering (nh). Sometimes shit is left open to interpretation to the listener. Even if you asked Jay Elec what the line meant, it wouldn’t really matter.

^ indeed. My only question was ……. OH SHIT! (lightbulb)

    revolutionaries. thats the answer. Revolutionaries.

  14. Beezy Says:

Styles has always been a monster…but for his albums it always seems like he is forced into making tracks that attempt some crossover appeal

it seems like on this album he can just do whatever the fuck he wants…and it is showing in the hard-body tracks that are coming out of the project
