^^^^^ the problem with this is every era is the same musically: !0% of the music is great, 90% is copy cats of what’s poppin’ at the time), straight trash copy cats, straight trash copy cats with no talent, no talent assholes who think they are hot shit because of a fluke hit, etc., etc., etc….

^^^^^^ Being born in late 80’s and early 90’s = the beginning of the end. still waiting for an original trend (that isn’t gay. so black guys wearing tight, fluorescent shit doesn’t count )…

Dope flick. Hilarious, with some genuine twists, and at some points is actually kind of scary.

    *spoilers*

The chick is actually anorexic, all of the ghosts are hallucinations.

  21. b-ease Says:

    early Tarantino films >

Word. Pulp Fiction might be my favorite flick of all time along with Do the Right Thing. And Jackie Brown and Resovoir Dogs are insanely dope.

  22. Harlem World Says:

I cant believe niggas actually do a dance called The Jerk. The whole concept is blatantly homosexual.

  23. D_Block_4_Life Says:

Boooooo, most disappointing flick since American Gangster.

I’m copping Hurt Locker tonite. Also gonna try to grab this flick called Moon that Ive been hearing good things about.

    Go to Hell George.

But on another note, did you find a Jay song/song he featured post-retirement thats as dope as Maybach Music.

  27. Harlem World Says:

    Indeed.

Acutally, thats not really revealed in the movie per se. But I shouldve put more spaces in between, lol. My bad.

  31. Dewill Says:

As quiet as kept b-ease is actually a professional movie critic..

  32. why? Says:

Grandmaster Flash and Furious 5 were wearing pants that fit not tight jeans. Dudes who wear tight jeans aren’t gay but stupid because they don’t care about their nuts. Those dudes who look like they wearing girls pants lose. Nobody want to see that. People need to know difference between skinny or fit and tight pants.

Also, originality and creativity is low because a lot of ideas have and are being thought of and people aren’t educating themselves which is basically why our generation fails. People trying to be the educator when they didn’t even take the time to be the student.

Lol…well, Buddens verse is chalked full of sports references so in all fairness you won’t really appreciate it…but Royce’ verse is good money. Ok, so that’s one album that i wholeheartedly co-signed that you thought was wack. Still a pretty good track record if you ask me.

But on another note, did you find a Jay song/song he featured post-retirement thats as dope as Maybach Music.
    ^
I wanna say that The Prelude, Fallin’, Kingdom Come (song), ESOM, Run This Town, Real As It Gets all are doper. Some are equals though.

If by that you mean a biased movie snob, then yeah he is.

  36. why? Says:

Oh yeah early Spike Lee films too >>>>

Man Clipse making money and playing the music that most the people who didn’t hear their albums know. Ride Around Shining is def. in top 10 songs to play while in car looking for something to do.

  37. secondbest21 Says:

Grandmaster Flash and Furious 5 were wearing pants that fit not tight jeans. Dudes who wear tight jeans aren’t gay but stupid because they don’t care about their nuts.

^^^^^ true BUT IT doesn’t have to be actually gay to be seen as gay (ie. looks gay, sounds gay, acts gay, etc.). and grandmaster flash and the furious five looked gay as hell. ask run dmc (and don’t even go in the direction of “their jeans were tight too” because there’s a difference between tight and fitting)…

Also, originality and creativity is low because a lot of ideas have and are being thought of and people aren’t educating themselves which is basically why our generation fails.

^^^^^ this coupled with the generation(s) before not schooling the next. children teaching children is an inevitable fail
