Video: Scheme – Respect The Art

The new video from Chicago MC Scheme for a cut off his The Manifesto EP, which is out now. Directed by Virgil from RubyHornet.

For the “Respect the Art” video we brought it back home to Chicago. Scheme’s first video “Chicano” represented his home away from home, this one here represents where he was born and raised. Mostly shot in the neighborhood Scheme grew up in, the video is filled with nostalgic images, familiar faces, and iconic Chicago sites.

Scheme’s purpose of both song and video was to express that “no matter how you choose to portray your craft, all I ask is that you respect the art.”

Bonus: The Manifesto EP (Remixes by Rashid Hadee)
