    Aaron Hall

    ^^
    Arguably the most influential vocalist of our generation, along with KCi Hailey. From RKelly running with his style to become the most popular R&B singer of the past 20 years, to his front and center role in New Jack Swing, which melded hiphop and R&B, allowing everything from Mary J Blige to Drake to happen.

    I think he’s raising dogs now.

    ^for you to be able to get the credit you have to live in the residence full-time, it can’t be an investment property

    unless your suggesting purchasing a house and living in it is an investment, in which case your an idiot

    why am I an idiot? Id get the house for cheap as dirt, fix it up nice. live there for ~5 years until the market it back up and running and sell it for a huge profit. Whats wrong with that?

  16. landlord Says:

    Beezy = Paine in the ass Webber

  17. Doug Says:

    @ATCQ

    Country Grammar? lol. The Preface was good imo…but there is a hadful of albums better….Supreme Clientale, Black Album, Graduation, Salvation, MMLP etc…….

    And as for MMLP v. Eminem Show — MMLP was like classic Em, but it was just Eminem being fucked up, he was getting the publicity and the media ostricizing him, which added fuel to the fire, and came back on The Eminem Show and gave us his true feelings. Thats why ES>MMLP

    ^ yea it can work, the key is finding a reliable contractor…I’m working on one at this moment. And as far as what Beezy said, we know there are ways around shit, you just can’t sell right away, but technically he’s right.

    And what album is SC?

  25. Gravity Says:

    House down the street from where I copped was rundown beat the fuck up and it sold for 140 and then they sold that shit for 290 3 months later. I was wondering if something was shady about it. Though The houses around my home run from 260 upwards of 500

    LW and Hell Hath are pretty much interchangeble, but I think HHNF has less bumpy spots thus making it the better total listen, and I don’t like giving two slots to the same artist.
