^^You’re kind of not in tuned with reality…after 20 years of only knowing one thing you don’t wake up one day and suddenly say “Im outta here”..this shit is systematic. You made it out..thats fine we all want to, but don’t look down on us like we aint trying…or tried to.
    ^^^

That would be the same as immigrants who come from another country and still make more out of the situration than americans that have been living here their whole lives.. Im just sick of us blck folk at times giving an excuse for every reason why we dont do sh!t, ninjas paying attention in school and doin there work has no bearing on if they live in the pjs are not, but what is is that most ninjas value system is focused on the fast buck rather that the long term goal, so blame the right thing instead of b.s like the “man” or wuteva, cause truth be told the ‘man” likes anything that makes money

  5. Premier Says:

    Shout out to 6th ave

  6. Mr. Iceberg Slim Says:

What makes me mad is i see some of my old homeboys now and they like man sh@t is fckd up out here aint no work or nuthing, but these are sum of my same homeboys that would hit the club from thurs-sunday, while i was in graduate school or some of the same boys who would work a job here or there and just smoke all day, so now just because they woke up afer all thes years and realized that sh!t is real, we need music to represent these idiots….Aint no segergation in schools anymore, if anything most of these schools wont ur blck a$$ in there to boos there minority numbers for more state money….

^ NOT tryna take nothing away from your achievments, but I did the knowledge on “doctor of pharmacy” the DR title is misleading to say the least, and amounts to nothing more than a post bachelors degree. Again I aint one to shit on people for their achievments and you should try to be as humble.

  11. Brooklyn Strong Says:

Theo Fleury acknowledges he was sexually abused by junior coach Graham James, a convicted sex offender, while he played for James, and attributes that to driving him to alcohol and drugs during his NHL career, according to a new autobiography making waves in the Canadian media.

    Fleury

The book, “Playing With Fire,” is Fleury’s first comment on the subject, which has been speculated about for years. He also writes that he failed 13 drug tests during his career, but was never prevented from playing.

Fleury writes that James forced himself on Fleury during the player’s junior days in Winnipeg.

“Graham was on me once or twice a week for the next two years,” Fleury writes, according to several Canadian sources, including MacLeans. “An absolute nightmare, every day of my life.”

James, a well-known Canadian junior hockey coach, served 3½ years in prison after being convicted of sexually abusing some of his players, including Sheldon Kennedy, the only player prior to Fleury to go public. James currently coaches junior hockey in Europe.

^^I don’t think Ice realizes how pompous he sounds at times..or maybe he does and he just doesnt give a fuck..Most Jayz fans share that trait.

I’m rich nigga fuck you type trait…even the broke fans act like this.

    *no shots*

LF:I’m Jamaican came here when I was 13, never experienced systematic racism until I got to America..to judge someone that only needs economic help to someone that has been marginalized for 400 years is not fair. Mexicans. Jamaicans, Chinese etc come from countries where they rule..NOT the white man. We get to America with leg up on american blacks.

I was in high school in Jamaica at 13, came here they tried to put me in middle school..

Yea, u are right 7 years of school and a residency is just a post bachelors and 125k a year my first year was just a post bachelor salary, dude get serious, there is nothing misleading by the Dr. b4 my name

Sadly Obama’s greatest act as president will have been to pacify the feelings of unjust and unfair conditions which we live with in America as black people.

Niggas feel like they aint gotta march and protest no more..the nigga got us..Yea that that nigga got yall.

  16. Mr. Iceberg Slim Says:

My intention is to be pompous and yes I walk like a ball player, no one has problems with a hustler or an athlete walk or confidence so there should not be one with mine, but yes by nature I walk around like my sh1t don’t stink

one has to understand the nature of the beast

academic pursuits in hopes of securing a promising career would be the last thing on your mind if your moms was a crackhead and pops was MIA…lets also add to the mix that your peers you associate with on a daily are coming up in a similar (if not worse) situation than you are, and you guys have to worry about getting murked on the way to and from school…we won’t even consider the fact that you may not know where your next meal is coming from, b/c moms likes to sell the food stamps to support her hard candy habit, and the only thing you see brothers do on the daily is hawk the corner, serving your moms and others like her

to overlook scenarios like the above and place the blame on folks stuck in that environment/state of mind is seriously some Willie Lynch shit

    on my mama

You are so wrong, I take it you have not attended a university, because in fact this is the majority of our back stories and maybe not the crack head mom, but the alcoholic mom or dad or the work full time because no one from home even gave you a jacket when you left for college, dude don’t get caught up in this nonsense, cause the majority of people in my first year classes were people that came from humble beginnings and the financial aid check we received was the biggest check we have ever seen…Not only did most of us survive but we leaned on each other because we identified with each other. Everybody has a story AND I MEAN EVERYONE, some just choose not to let the story dictate there lives
