***not necessarily a finance book, but “the Richest Man in Babylon” is a dope foundation for financial principles- you’d prolly enjoy reading it- it’s more of a financial philosophy book, than a straight up “how to”- it’s an easy, informative read, though…

^^most books that are out……suck. Diversify your portfolio. Always have some funds invested in natural resources….. copper, gold, oil…etc. Never EVER take any “stock tips” from folks. Its usually bullshit. If you wanna be a risk taker, invest in a company that just went public

  26. Boos Bigelow Says:

***no problem, fam…this book reads like a novel, though, told in ancient times, but the principles are timeless…it’s one of the highest selling “finance” books of all time- you can cop for around 7 or 8 bucks, or get it in pretty much any library….

^^ahh..real estate depends on your market. For example where I live (H-town) our properties don’t really appreciate very fast at all compared to the 3 other larger cities (NY LA CHI) So if I buy property, its to live in, not flip, cause I won’t even begin to see a real prophet for at minimum 5yrs
