Track Nine: Now this? I wanted more of this on BP3. It’s crossover worthy but it has real depth. Conceptually, I give it to Hov. He tried on this album and songs like this are the results when it worked.
J. Cole did his thing.
One of BP3’s highpoints.
————————-
co-sign the crossover appeal.
Wish J. Cole would’ve gotten more time to flow on it.
Track Ten: Timbo’s getting a bad rap. His joints are somewhat doper then most of the other joints & this is a prime example. Conceptual & the beat is wicked. It sounds like digital magic.
Track Eleven: CuDi is limited to the hook but that’s all he needed to add. Jay murks this one.
This is some other shit & I gotta tip my Yankee fitted to Hov for even attempting to rap on a track like this. And again, the lyrics aren’t his usual vapid metaphors & punchlines. There’s some depth here.
Yeah, this song is dope. Every couplet is real shit.
Your name is Son of Ether, why would you like jayz….its ok, we figured you hated hov from hello….
^^Nigga i’ve been on NR with you for 8 years..I’ve NEVER EVER seen you speak bad or hear a Jayz song or interview that you didn’t like..you’re not objective and your “love” for jay the guy is just as offbeat as my “hate” for his newer music.
Nas has done wack shit..Jay hasn’t..I get it..that nigga is perfect to you..I get it. Move on..there’s no one to argue with here.
that swizz beat joint is crack….he’s on some next level southern bounce shit…If you aint living in the south you’ll just hate off beat alone…But if you in the south, the shits crack…

reasonable doubt is his best album. he had somethin to work for when he did that album. now its like he is dong his album for shits and giggles. no feeling to it
Track Twelve: This is more of a Knaye track then a Jay-Z track. And all the talking about haters make Hov sound arrogant & bitter. The haters are beneath him, why address em? especially on a track this bad.
Ye hit Jay with the okey doke when he convinced him to rock over this. Hov does the 2x flow well, but I just don’t wanna hear him brag & talk about his accomplishments…for the umpteenth time.

Thats tru and im in the south, guess thats why i liked it from first listen
Track Thirteen: Placed alongside some of these other joints, Timbaland cooked up some much needed heat on this album & “Reminder” is the standout. Again, Hov is running down his achievements and accomplishments.
i just wish he could’ve just limited that kinda talk to this song & not the entire LP.
The best Timbo track. Reminds me of OG Blueprint Hov. This is vintage Jay-Z/Timbaland.

i’ll be honest, Camel did well….great beat selection, some of these beats are next level, and consistent vibe from beginning to end….
but he’s just as boring as he’s ever been and worse, he sounds old.
