Congratulations to Kweli & Eque for tying the knot.

Here’s some nice close-up footage of Kweli and Hi-Tek running through their classic “Eternalists” at the Audiotistic Festival in Cali this past weekend.

Props to Tunji

***Nah, I’m still smoking black and milds, lol…I’m trying to knock it off this week, when school is over, and my stress levels off (I know, “excuses, excuses”)…plus, I found out that they’re only $2.25/pack @ Giant, lol…SMH @ newports being $69 a carton…how can they even justify that shit?

Bulletproof Wallets is like Nastradamus- the shit that didn’t make it on is a lot better than the final album.

By the time More Fish and Big Doe rehab came out I was burnt on Ghost- he’s been making similar records for the past 3 or 4 joints.

  17. Farouq (ya thats my government) aka Nah’s Ving Rames in Baby Boy Says:

Big Doe Rehab got some shit good shit on there.

true … because for me, after #1 Supreme Clientele, #2 – #6 is interchangeable depending on the day …

I’m biased because my bredrin produced Shakey Dog on Fishscale, but Supreme Clientele is pretty much flawless….

Where the HELL is Jay Electronica?

  26. TheCo!!inB Says:

    @ Henny
how is that a major fail. Supreeme is an excellent album, and so is Fishscale but as far as Ghost being in top form Fishscale showcased his skills better than Supreeme did. of the two (which are his best solo albums, Ironman was basically a Wu album) Fishscale is just a better put together piece of work. anyone who thinks differently is living in the past, probably because when that album came out they were in their zone. I’m not knockin em, i’m just sayin what’s real

  27. Farouq (ya thats my government) aka Nah’s Ving Rames in Baby Boy Says:

I put it this way if Ghostface album comes up on my Ipod, I just let it play out…. very little skippin on any of them jawns and I got a hard copys of the Trife Da God/ghostface album and the 718 albums and both of them knock

^Real talk, I can’t co-sign any of the recent dumb shit that Browz is doing, but Browz is responsible for Ether and a lot of the best G-Unit songs that they have. At one point he was on his job, then he wanted to become an artist.

I heard the beat CD he gave Ghost. That wasn’t even the best track on it. There was one joint that sounded like a Western flick score with a sitar or something which was bananas – it sounded a bit like the ‘Charlie Brown’ record he did
