    (c) Gary Sheffield

… no player is respected within baseball clubhouses more than Gary Sheffield … he apparently keeps it painfully real in the clubhouse, with reporters, with fans, teammates and opponents alike … NO ONE fucks with Gary Sheffield … word to Pedro Martinez damn near apologizing after hitting Sheffield with a pitch … and Sheff was once Alex’s only friend on the Yankees …

Exactly, i bet your not obnoxious to your boss and at meetings when speaking in front of a lot of people. Or on business meetings while representing your company, they have a morale they have to uphold.

  16. R.J.Orion Says:

Joe Torre has ALWAYS had problems with black/brown players …

    Cecil Fielder
    Chili Davis
    Raul Mondesi
    Kenny Lofton
    Gary Sheffield
    Tim Raines
    Tony Womack
    Alex Rodriguez

not to mention the unceremonious phasing out of Yankee legend Bernie Williams … Joe Torre aint perfect either …

Yea, but Houston’s music never changed, it’s exactly the same before the label came through and now. ATL went from Crunk, to Snap, to Dance rap. Whatever the labels are looking for ATL rappers will do it. When people got tired of Houston’s style no H-Town artist gave up their artistic integrity to make money
