  1. WR Says:

    who are these guys?

  2. kyo Says:

no1 in the industry listens to wtf this parker nigga rules. who should just stfu. yes, most ppl want people to stop using the vocoder, especially kanye, but its not gonna happen any time soon and def not because this parker nigga says so…when his album takes a huge plunge from last year then he’ll cut the bullshit

  3. Ciera Says:

It’s okay to have it a lil bit in your chorus or something, you know when your song is featuring T-pain, but I hate when the whole song is fucking Auto-Tuned. Lil Wayne does NOT need that shit. He has that on for all of fucking Lolipop and that song has no substance. His verses on the remix are good ’cause they are actual RAP and not this “robot-thingie” as DJ Drama and Luda call it. Kanye said he is not gonna stop using Auto-Tune ’cause he has been using it since College Dropout. Well, I think it’s okay to have it just a little bit like at the end of “New Workout Plan” but I hate when the whole song has that on it. You might as well be lip-syncing like Britney Spears or Ashlee Simpson if you’re gonna Auto-Tune every track.

  4. ChiCity Says:

clowns……t-pain owns thats shit…lmao. that was hilarity at its finest

  5. S.S.BlockBurner Says:

auto tune is a pick me up 4 wack or sub par lyrics.. sexual eruption was that muffuckin shit! but would it have been w/o the robot thingy?

  6. DJ Daddy Mack Says:

AUTOTUNE AND VOCODER KILLED MY MUSIC :(

  7. WR Says:

Wayne uses it as a gimmick. something that’s “popular”
Kanye actually used it creatively and effectively on Love Lockdown.

if 808’s & Heartbreak is of substance, then it wouldn’t matter what kind of effect is on his voice.

HE DOES USE IT CREATIVELY BUT IT STILL SUCKS.

  9. WR Says:

    in your opinion…

  10. kvn Says:

smh WR you are a kanye stan

they both do it as a gimmick. ROFL@”creatively”

  11. Greg Says:

T.I. used it in one of his new cuts! He just kept it reeeeeal minimum, so you could barely notice – but you hear that robot creep out. And Big Kuntry is nobody to be sitting at this table.

  12. Tumer Says:

Fuck T-Kanweezy… they aint own shit. snoop did it better than all of em. LOL

  14. Tumer Says:

Actually head over to 2dobeboyz and check RAOF T-Pain vs. Vocoder. Shits hilarious

  15. emm Says:

No offense to t-pain trademarking that shit, and even no offense to Weezy using it all over Lollipop (since it sounds cool), but Kanye? Naw. That’s just one too many. Reminds me of those guys saying they’re evolving as artists and thus play live shows with a band – now these fools wanna tell you they’re evolving into singers? LMFAO, check T.I.s album. Dude’s got real singers when he needs one.

  16. WR Says:

yes, i am a kanye stan. now, your point?

  17. kyo Says:

stans have cloudy heads and can’t formulate good opinions

  18. Barakooda Says:

Autotune is seperate from a vocoder which is seperate from a talkbox.
This shit is getting ignorant stop disrespecting Roger Troutman.

  19. SB Says:

like i’ve said before…Kanye’s attempt on “Put On” is the worst verse he’s ever spit. it’s slow and boring. CORNBALL!!

  20. Calhoun Tubbs III Says:
