if the best times of your life are behind you you lost. you get what you can out of it & k.i.m. and hustle hard

^I’ve been trying to stray away from this for some time, but i’m noticing some subtle ether here and there… I could be wrong, maybe I’m looking too deep into it.

***I don’t think it’s personal shots @ you, cold- but she’s right to a degree (no pun intended), some people do cling onto singular achievements/experiences way too long, like Al Bundy with his 7 touchdown game, lol…ideally, your life should be a process of creating moments that are better than the last, so that your best days are inevitable, not historical, you should always be ramping up for the next bit thing (none)

^ it depends on your hustle & your industry. if you put in four years and 8 years later youre still someones assistant you lost and obviously didnt take anything fro those 4 years. there are ppl who skipped college and did really well (word to bill gateS) and there are others who skipped it and are working burger king. at the same time– you got your grads who cant find a job or, like i said before, are just working as a secretary pr something. no matter what you do, you got to hustle. too many ppl in this country expect ppl to just hand them things.

^^^ while this is 100% true.. u have a better chance wit ya college dgree like ur taking a bigger chance wit out it.. theres a higher rate of people wit degrees doing summin than people wit out it I.E. the dudes making more money off rappers than the rapper

^college is whatever you make it…you get out it whatever you put into it…anyone who thinks all they have to do is go to college and that dream career will magically appear lost a long time ago and was sadly misguided.

Education coupled with a solid network of connections and experience and the right work ethic and etc will get you the right salary. And this is a proven fact. You can also get the same salary by not going to college.

There are people who go to college and find out exactly what they want to do in life and it has NOTHING to do with their major. They go on to do what they love and are successful at it. We all choose different paths in life. You can’t seriously say one person’s path is better than another. Whatever works for you may not work for the next man…

I got well more than 40K my first job outta college (not trying to stunt or anything.. just saying). And kids who end up becoming investment analysts at these big banks end up getting gwaped up. your AVERAGE college grad may get 40K, but then again your potential for growth in your career is alot higher than those without the degrees… although you don’t NEED a degree to be successful, it’s foolish to think the avg person is better off without one.

i wonder what % of fortune 500 company executives did not get college degrees… i bet under 5%.
