***No offense to anyone on here, but Jay is starting to bore me (no housewife)…I realize his status in the game is well deserved, and he’s one of the best, ever, and easily on my top 5…but still…*shrugs*

^^^^ yeah, fatlip rhymed about shim in “oh shit”…

  24. Vee Says:

Roots hands down one of the top hip hop performing acts in the game. I really don’t think many emcees can match Black THought’s vocals or energy on stage with the exception of cats like Busta Rhymes and Chuck D.

^Phoenixxx – Heads up, Black Eye Peas has reportedly have been in a number of bar fights. Those cats don’t take no shorts.

    ^XFacta – sarcasm.

    true

but you have to be a manic depressive or something to not enjoy a live show with Jay

^^Have you seen him live? He puts on a real crazy show. He deserved to go on after Coldplay, not before, his set was so much better. When he did U Don’t Know with Nirvana footage on the screens behind him, people were freaking out.

  29. icon (trillbert arenas) Says:

@ MTF- “fuck a disclaimer” is actually a disclaimer of sorts, so posting it defeats the purpose, kinda like when suburban kids intentionally try to dress “punk” or “hip” hop- you don’t think- “those are punk/hip hop kids”, you think “look at these herbs trying to be punk/hip hop”- the same with the disclaimer- you think “MTF knows that shit was disclaimer-worthy, so he threw up a nondisclaimer, trying to look cool and shit”, lol..

***Nah, I’ve never seen him live, because I refuse to pay $200 for a pair of nosebleed seats, lol…like I said, I’m not trying to take anythng away from duke (nope), maybe it’s just overexposure? Ionno, I could put on American Gangster right now, and zone out, because Jay is legitimately a dope rapper, but for some reason, lately it’s feeling like he’s the Air Jordan of rappers, lol…like, some of them shits get elevated beyond what they are, because they’re Jordans- the same with some of Jay’s verses..>I don’t know how to properly articulate what I’m trying to say- sorry for that…

***Probably? Who else is he gonna be, lol…I thought that Ving Rhames woulda been perfect for that role, before he got old as fuck…

Little known fact- the actor who did Panthro’s voice in the cartoon was also Grandpa Huxtable on “The Cosby Show”
