Crooked I Wins at the Mixtape Awards
I’m assuming that the 11th Annual Mixtape Awards ceremony went down last night without a hitch, since I haven’t seen any reports of brawls or shootouts involving industry folks anywhere in New York City. It’s a shame that has to be the legacy that you neanderthals created for that man Justo’s pride and joy, but that’s what it is.
Anyway, congrats are in order for Crooked I who brought home the Best West Coast Mixtape Artist award. He beat out The Game, Bishop Lamont, Juice and 40 Glocc, three of whom are actually nice.
Edit: I forgot to mention that, I wanted to post a list of all of the winners, but in true hood fashion, there isn’t one posted anywhere online that I can see. Also, somebody who went hit me and said there were not violent incidents ’cause the NOI was in the building doing what they do. I also hear Rosenberg was a presenter so maybe he caught some video or will give a rundown.

James Was Assessed Flagrant Foul
The league never released a memo to the media and before now it hadn’t been reported, but I was just informed today that LeBron James was actually assessed a retroactive flagrant foul for the elbow he used to clock Andray Blatche in the chin in the first quarter of Game 1.
James popped Blatche as retaliation for a non-call earlier in the game, when James drove to the basket and Blatche hit him in the mouth. James rolled around on the ground after the hit. The next time they ran into each other, Blatche fouled James and as James lifted his arms to separate himself from Blatche, he added an extra blow to the chin.
This was in no way intentional. (Phil Masturzo/Akron Beacon Journal)James didn’t receive any penalty during the game, but I was just told that he was given a flagrant foul prior to Game 2. James claimed that he didn’t intentionally hit Blatche in the face but apparently the league wasn’t buying it.

Man you can’t be serious. The majority of white people are already weary to having a black man as president. Early in his campaign some white people were already put off by irrelevant facts about Obama like the fact he went to a Muslim school as a child, and the fact that his middle name was Hussein. You and me might say so what, why would people care about that as theres nothing wrong with it? But the fact is millions of White Americans are swayed from a candidate even by irrelevant things like his Muslim ties. A lot of his detractors use the same ammo and Wright just gave them so much to talk about. Now the biggest supposed “blotch” on Obamas campaign is that he was a member of a supposedly “racist” black church for 20 years.. Those aren’t my words, but millions of white people people and pretty much every white non-obama supporter has brought the Wright thing up. If you think white folks will vote a black man that appears “pro black” into office then your dreaming. Obama has been walking a tight rope, trying to stay clear of any overly embracing any racial side.
The second Obama co-signs or even remains impartial to Wrights comments he can kiss his campaign goodbye cause theres no way the majority of white people will even give him enough votes to be nominated. He had to have some damage control and all his white supporters were waiting for him to denounce wright or they would have probably stopped supporting him then and there. I mean what could he do? He says nothing and that would cause most of his white supporters to believe he is somewhat supportive of Wrights comments. After all they know he went to his church for 20 years.
I’m not even pro/anti obama anymore. I really don’t even care who is president as long as it isn’t Bush. I don’t really follow Mccain, all I know is he plans to continue some of Bushes policies including the war so I can’t rock with him.. I pretty much cosign land, I mean for the most part a lot of shit isn’t going to change.
All I know is that when your a politician you need to do everything you can to get in office, even if that means denouncing your old pastor. When and if Obama finally gets inside the White house and unpacks his shit he can finally co-sign wright. lol

…..true Parole officers go much harder but in Jersey it’s 50/50 depends on who you get, they send random people to my house to check up on me just for a simple weed charge, best believe they want to catch me slipping cause then they get to hit me with a shit load of new fines make me go to a new programs and extend my probation so they can further justify their jobs, it’s a question of how much are they willing to spend to catch me slipping and they base that off of how much of a chance they think the probationee will fuck up or if he will stay out of trouble, right now they think I’m all good so they aren’t looking to waste money on me, if they thought they could catch me they would cause they want the money ….
