see thats just not true, you just can’t rely on the most popular shit also being the dopest shit like you could 15 years ago, because rap is pop music now. so you gotta dig a little. it’s the same with rock, r&b etc. as soon as it becomes mainstream, you have to look for the good stuff yourself.

MC Breed Arrested, Owes $220K In Child Support

After being taken into custody by Michigan authorities yesterday (April 3), MC Breed pulled a no-show at a scheduled performance in his hometown of Flint, Michigan.

According to the Flint Journal, the rapper was arrested by Genesee County Sheriff’s deputies earlier in the afternoon on warrants for unpaid child support totaling $220,000. He was slated to take the stage at the Perani Arena as part of a bill featuring Lil’ Wayne.

Police may have been tipped off to the rapper’s whereabouts after an announcement promoting that the Michigan MC would be signing autographs at a local record store, Music Planet, was printed in the Journal. Police apprehended the rapper around 4 p.m., shortly after he and his documentary film crew left the store.

plug- gracias. i got another one who kept doin the same sending me in cities and areas im not interested in. its like, wtf? dont you people pay attention. i got half a mind to call this realtor i dated for a hot minute, get gim to find me something, but i dont think that wold b the best idea ive had today.

    $$

All realtors have access to the same database of shit off the MLS. It’s just about finding someone that you get along with and like working with.

maxhomesearch.com has all the homes that are listed on the MLS. You can do your own searching.

…yup thats how I did it, I did all the researching myself then I sent my realtor which houses I wanted to check so she could get the keys, every once in awhile she would try to push a couple on me I didn’t ask about but they were always somewhat around the same price range and the same area so it was good to check it out, only thing she did was try to sell me on a couple houses that needed lots of fixing, because she was clearly having trouble getting rid of them, but once I emphatically told her I’m not buying a house so I can sink a shit load of money in it just to fix she got the point, so do what Foe said do the research yourself make a list then send it to the realtor

I was thinking about a town house. but I gotta have a dope back yard. thats the main reason I want a house. I already got it visualized (c) the secret. I want some medium sized trees. It has to look rural so that I can get some good nature animals to stroll thru and chill wit while I’m zonin out. I’m gonna call foe and my other overlly musculer homie to help me dig a big hole to build a pond so I can get geese, frogs and all types of critters to come thru

    *closes eyes*

    *visualizes*

    *wistles Andy Griffith theme song*

LMAO I did the same thing, I even broke out ‘ the secret ‘ to visualize my house too, shit worked well, not sure if I got lucky but it worked. I was thinking townhouse for awhile too cause you got less shit to worry about they plow in the winter shovel walkways do all the landscaping but like you I needed backyard so we can get some random football games and shit popping and even more importantly soon enough I’m have myself a pool back there if for no other reason just so I can say

” get my pool in the back ”

and co-sign on the animals I got the fattest gopher on the planet that lives under the shed in my back yard when that thing pops out and waddles around the shit makes my day, watching that thing run is instant hilarity

    thats good stuff Ty…

you know all these mixtape cats just need to go to a good solid independent (like nature sounds, rhymesayers, duck down, def jux, stones throw, etc etc) and jsut build up this empire and commradry and just make damn good music.

… yeah the key is they have to be smart enough to not fall for the false dreams and promises the labels sell you, once you realize that shit is just gonna put money in the labels pocket and leave you mad and struggling. you’d think by now more people would no better but the sad part is there are still people who should no better falling for it, just like for some reason in this day and age grown ass men still just start with a crack/heroin addiction, if you 27 – 30 years old and your now just starting messing with those drugs it’s like have you not been paying attention or do you just want to completely destroy your life

sorry if that was too much again I can’t help it

@BUSTA- dat don’t mean ish a lot of rappers have made no#1 in UK/EU before YE, no hate. However, we are in a time when fashion and rap are bound together like never before in the history of Hip Hop. In the 80’s it was the same way to an extent a few companies-adi/nike-risked having their names tied with Hip Hop. And in the case of Adi+Run DMC, Run DMC portrayed that look before the company came knocking. In the 90’s same thing, a few companies risked their name with the genre, thinking it was just a FAD. I hate to say it but PUFF changed the game up from carhartt and camo/army jackets, by the way largely to do with no urban brands around; plus the greazzy/shoot-to-kill Hip-Hop of the mid 90s.

In any event, YE has an art background-which he draws from a lot to separate himself from the regular street dude in the rap game-with an ear for music, dedication and focus. An ear for music-being able to draw from any era or genre of music. I bet any money YE use to be looking in mad GQ mags when he was young coming up-this is not common for a street dude to be reading GQ, its not geared to them. However, he(YE) said in his mind when I get there thats how I am going to do it. ITS THAT SIMPLE…no every man and child is biting that same style.

  188. Deano Says:

@ICON (trillbit)-the reason for the Pac statement, is due to the fact every gangsta rapper nowadays call out Pac in their rhymes…’imma thug like Pac’. And I bet they never heard his first album, which is the true 2Pac. He(2Pac) wanted better for poor black people in general but Hollywood+money can throw you off focus.

And before you reply, listen to Pac’s first album and the others after that my friend. Just to let you know, I was never a 2Pac fan until I heard his very first album with a major…Mostly, I’m too East Coast.
