Numbers show they are seldomly downloaded and hardly get any airplay. How many times have you heard amusement park these days? Shit, 50 my nigga, but maybe he should focus more on his business shit and take a break from rapping until he decides to put something decent out like his first album and older mistape material.

^I take my O’s hat off to Bron, he really showed me something. I’m a witness & i’m proud of him. My only arguement about the bron/melo debate was that bron has all the talent in the world, but what’s the use if you don’t use it to your advantage, but game 3 & after he did what I thought he should’ve been doing, DOMINATING games. He’s growing that killer instinct at a alarming rate, & I was rooting for him in the detroit series, & i’ll be rooting for him in the finals.

    *Holds back tears*

    Bron>>>>Melo

It hurt me to type that, lol.

  30. Joe 88 A.K.A No amount of security Says:

Leftfield: Melo is gonna lead the league in scoring next season, & take his team to the conference finals. I bet he’s at the gym right now working on his game, you seen how he started last season after D. wade won a title. If it wasen’t for the NY brawl he would’ve won the scoring title this year.

    >@Joe88… Scoring title? Yes. Finals? Not if the Warriors play like they did this year.

^If the A & I combination (anthony & iverson) works together, it’s possible. It really depends on how the spurs play in the finals, if they fall from grace like the heat/pistons did this year, the west would be up for grabs, except for the suns (when there healthy), I think the nuggets has a chance to beat any team in the west. & playoff positions (nh) plays a big roll in it also, but we’ll just have to wait & see.

    >… Joe 88, your honesty and humility is honorable …

^lol, trust me land, everyone was calling me saying the same thing this weekend “you still think melo > bron?” I feel like a tape recorder cause I hade to keep repeating myself, I should’ve just prepared a speech. Atleast your not tryna revoke my NBA pass, & say “don’t root for king james now, you hate him” like all my drunk friends was saturday. for the record, I never hated bron I just thought he could do sooooooo much better, but he proved to me & went beyond my expectation this playoff series. I feel like the drunk white dude on major league baseball 2 that hated the indians & when they won the pennent he ripped his shirt open & he had a cleveland shirt on & was singing there praise

^Co-sign the statement. Chauncey Billups is a free agent, Flip Saunders can’t make the NBA FINALS to save his life, Webber is done, Rasheed Wallace is old.

The Cavaliers, pretty much sealed the fate of the Pistons.

But the refs sided with Lebron James. The Pistons had 5 straight ECF appearances and the refs treat them like some rookies because Detroit had no stars.

    >>… ask the Lebron or Kobe ? after the finals … Kobe had ShaQ … Lebron has Z. Ilgauskas …

^Technically, ring or not, that makes him better than Kobe already. Yeah, Kobe has 3 rings but they were all obtained through Shaq’s dominance. He couldn’t even make it past the, what, 1st/2nd round of the playoffs? LBJ took his team to the Finals DOLO. And for real, he got less talent around him than what MJ had. There are no Paxsons, Kerrs, Armstrongs, and DEFINITELY no Pippens on the Cavs.

    ^ The sad truth.

Jay’s job is to make money. LA’s job is to make money. Who is looking out for the culture/music? (I know that sounds rediculous, but I really mean it). I hear a lot of shit about ‘the machine’ that makes certain artists popular. That’s bullshit. MF Doom posters could be on every wall in every city, he could be on every radio and TV show, he could jump up and down on Oprah’s couch (fuck yo couch) and dude still wouldn’t do numbers like Fif.

    hola rey, soul.

my bad soul– i meant it is NOT being created for staying power. labels et al. know that the music industry as it has existed since its inception is crumbling, and instead of addressing the problem and coming up with new business models, they are looking fir any flash in the pan quick hit that’ll let them make a fast buck before their empire falls.

    ^ The Truth.

@ Land & Hootie… I agree, I just don’t like that ninja. I know I know… regardless if he’s exciting to watch or not (no porn), his stats is all that matters. But, even his cry-baby type demeanor. I mean, some mofos spazz if they don’t get a call in their favor (A.I., Rasheed, etc). But this mofo be lookin’ like he about to cry. He be huggin’ the ball n’ shit… with that “nobody will play with me” look on his face. Imo.

    Not kewl (c) Geico caveman

    spurs in 6

people are still selling the cavs short, the cavs are one of the best defensive teams in the league and have a complete and total unstoppable force so they will stay competitive, the spurs are too deep balanced and focused ( the pistons just werent hungry, rashweed got himself tossed on purpose rip and billups looked defeated the whole game and prince looked that way the whole series. )

but the spurs cant stop lebron so they will be able to win a game or 2 no way they are getting swept, but tim duncan is also unstoppable and has better weapons around him the cavs are another year and quality player away

prop joe 88 … you can’t still be saying melo > bron can you?

^Yoooooo… meet Mr. Me Too (c) Clipse. I used to think he was one of the illest PF’s since he played with Kenny, Akeem, and Otis on Houston. Then when he hit that shot that had the stadium in a uproar, I was heated. And maybe it’s just me, but he’s been floppin’ a lot more since he left the Lakers. And it’s bad enough he played for one team that I couldn’t/can’t stand (Lakers) only to go to another team that I can’t stand (Spurs).

^Even though B’more isn’t really part of the DMV (the M, which stands for Maryland, refers to the PG metro area), Pusha definitely had a crazy verse on that song. And imo, it was better than Fab’s.

[…] 2) Lil’ Wayne and The Empire, The Carter 3 Sessions. If you’re not feeling Wayne by now, you’re not alive. From the weirdly affecting, Heart-sampling “Something You Forgot” to the druggy fantasia of “Feel Like Dyin” to the sing-songy, Prince-like “Prostitute Flange” Wayne proves that he can be powerfully emotional and mind-fuckingly strange. He IS the greatest rapper alive. And to those who carp that he’s simply cranking out too much material I say this: go and dig deep into Prince’s late 1980s period. From about ‘87-’90 Prince couldn’t stop making records (from The Black Album to Camille to Crucial) and while there was a lot of crap there was also reams of genius. Back then, anyone who truly loved music cheered Prince on through all of his experiments because they knew just how much he needed to create. So, if you love hip-hop, stand with Wayne. […]
