is this current rap climate i think his next album will be pants

also if that photoshopped pic of him really was the cover or test cover i really am not expecting the styles from gangsta an a gentlemen

not saying that hes gone soft, but just from a money making (label exec) p.o.v. how would you market him? even his radio friendly tunes are hard, lol

bottom line i think styles should sign to koch an bring out his own shit…probly make more money too

The current rap climate is garbage or pants as u london folks say… so how can u compare styles work to the bubble gum bullshit thats on top of the industry right now?

^didnt understand what you wrote, but for your benifit..that photo was digitally enhanced with a computer program called photoshop

if a ni99as photoshopping his features an shit to sell a couple albums, im sure he wouldnt think twice to do some other sell out stuff on the album…..like a tune with paris hilton, ya dig!

im sure you love d-block mate but without styles, louch an jada are lost

  32. Real.Talk. 8x Platinum a.k.a. Capo Status Says:

nigga step ur vocab game up then,na, im playing, but almost every album cover is photoshopped today. Whether for the artwork or picture man. Rappers for the most part are not in charge of album covers, whoever took it photoshopped it.

U obviously base ur decision to purchase a album based on its cover from ur comments.

    Im not a dblock stan

Nigga do u buy albums to listen to the music or look at the covers. what type of shit is that? I get my shit bootlegged so fuck a cover.

Yeah his album cover means he sold out…smh

When was jada lost?? He still spit fire b..

I know that nobody is up here and that this is a little off topic, but..

I was just reading that shit about Jay getting all those beats from DRE on xxl… So, Im thinking to myself.. Wait a minute..

There has to be some connection here between The Gayme not getting any Dre beats, and Jay getting more at one time than he has ever gotten before..

Think about it.. The albums are coming out around the same time..

Now peole might be like, oh Game didnt use Dre beats cause he had hotter ones from other people or some shit like that, but if you peep the Jay shit, it might be the banginist Dre joints ever…

Its like a way for Dre to rub it in Gaymes face.. From a distance..

Jay never really dissed Gayme back, but you know if him and Dre talked about how this would kill the kids career, Jay might be down for that..

Think about how many ways this can be flipped..

Jay won.. (at least this time it wasnt against Nasty)

Real Talk just gettin all flagrant about this cover situation cos the fruitiness of his football team is rubbin off/up on him, lol!! If you supportin a team with ARSE in it then its bound to get ya all down-low in the end.

Rappers = musicians, musicians are judged on their music, therefore judger rappers on their music and not their sales, I’m gettin tired of makin this point…

  51. Absent Says:

I’m not gunna lie, I basically just got this for the heavy Jadakiss tracks.

  52. Real.Talk. 8x Platinum Says:

yall can all suck a dick with shit on it, you dont know how or why i choose who i listen to, i aint tryna hide behind the hardest rapper to show how ‘real’ ‘G’d up’ [insert your fav hardest word hear] i am,sheeet im me erryday thats real enough believe!!

i like the way people take one line out of a paragraph an try to twist it up, then while u discussing things others wanna jump in with their two cents as if there opinions are worth anything to me, makes me laugh for real

    whas popping england

what cover situation…the dude posted a download, did anyone listen to it??? nah they wanna break my balls (no ho.) over a comment about a pic. take that mans dick out ya mouth ppl please, then read the question in the paragraph. p.o.v. means point of view….smh

england, you always talking about arses dont tell me you a backdoor kinda brother…

arsenal = a place where weapons and military equipment are stored or made. ∎ [in sing.] fig. an array of resources available for a certain purpose

nickname the gunners = A serviceman in the artillery

good names if you ask me

totenham=a former borough, now part of Haringey, in SE England, N of London.

spurs (derived from hotspur) = A rash or impetuous person, or English soldier killed in a rebellion against Henry IV (1364-1403)

sum your guys up really…oh yea we won 4-0 today how did you do?? 1-0 pffffshh

  53. Real.Talk. 8x Platinum Says:

Rappers = musicians, musicians are judged on their music, therefore judger rappers on their music and not their sales, I’m gettin tired of makin this point…

^wrong, i think you mean artists, and artists are judged on personal musical taste, personal opinion and there lifestyle then music

you might hear the music 1st but if you later find out hes a homo thug u are goin to contiue to support that artist, lets be real
but if someones got that gangsta image, you hear they did a bid an almost got killed, popped at some feds, used 6to bang etc,etc..depending on who you are your gonna be interested an wanna hear what they saying….but like most haters when people get big its like they cant connect anymore so they hate…

i know who i like they’v either passed on when rap was rap, or sold out for the love of money, and now you got machines behind people who knows what to believe…so i support the smartest business minded dudes an peep game…instead of supporting the so called ‘hardest out’ or the nigga supposedly ‘trapping’ the most because they say..

    styles > d-block

  54. EnglandRepresent Says:

Easy now Real Talk, I was just takin the piss breh, fuck you Gooner types get all sensitive real easily, lol!!

We won in Europe kid, apparently the ARSE got shafted by a bunch of Communists, kinda puts a flaw in your argument there chief.

And you beat Reading 4-0 bosshog, a shithouse team, newly promoted, translation = complete bollocks. We’ll see how good your filthy Gooners are when we square up this season

I once saw a poor, dirty Gooner..
His face was all tattered and torn
    He made me feel sick
So I hit him with a brick
And the cunt don’t sing no moreeeeeeee………!!!

  55. Paperstacker Says:

We dont get emotional over here….

Styles is Dblock, cant sleep on jadas lyrical skill though

If I start thinking like Real talk

then Jay Z lost, 50 cent and thw whole G-unit lost, Def Jam lost, matter fact every rapper out there sold out so fuck all of them.

Nas and Joe Buddens the best niggas out.

  56. EnglandRepresent Says:

wrong, i think you mean artists, and artists are judged on personal musical taste, personal opinion and there lifestyle then music

I think you’re bein a bit pedantic there bredren. They make music so technically they are musicians, the industry calls them artists though. And yeah if my favourite rapper turned out to be batty then I’d probably stop listening to his music, I ain’t gonna front, however thats an extreme case. I like a niggas music for his music, good example Immortal Technique. Dude does’nt care about his sales just that the message in his music gets heard. Another good example is Biggie, killer flow, unreal voice, one of the best to ever do it, never did half the things he talked about in his music but that does’nt detract from the fact that he’s till one of my favourite rappers. Just take the music for what it is, is my opinion, obviously, you do you though.

  57. Paperstacker Says:

Real Talk, what rappers do u actually listen too, and did any of them really move work in the streets like u think??

  58. Real.Talk. 8x Platinum Says:

^pacs my ni99a for life, not cause of all that thuglife shit, cause when i listen to him hes actually given ni99as some knowledge u kno, dude was smarter then he’ll ever get credit for…rappers these days aint sayin anything new

    prodigy,spice 1,snoop,cam,styles,jimjones,cormega,big syke,banks,lupe,fif,c-murder,sai

those rappers are on regular rotation on my stereo/ipod…i like them for differnt reasons before yall get any ideas flow/way they rhyme words together/they talk about what they actually do or did/witty bars etc, etc…and of course i listen to others but they didnt make the list so boi

i stopped listening to jay after the black album, his flow is over ill tho

nas is cool i know hes chatting some sense but if it aint the right track i find him boring, name dropping historical stuff in random bits of his rhymes

gaymes the worst….he got a good voice (no ho.) he should of stuck with that westcoast flow….he gets in the zone on that ‘will i die’ tune but he’s a hazy character in general.

  59. Real.Talk. 8x Platinum Says:

  77. CityLights Says:

Real.Talk. 8x Platinum, this is not an album. It’s a mixtape, big difference. And no it’s not his album cover. Secondly, what does a mixtape cover (which all mixtape covers are) being copied and pasted got to do with Styles and his music? The DJ’s are responsable for that, not him. You must not know too much about the mixtape game.

Anyway, how did D Block or Styles sell out? If I’m not mistaken, you mentioned something about that. Point is, it doesn’t matter if it’s MOP or Madonna, they don’t change because of who they work with. No matter what they do, it will always have that street element to it. That’s the reason why these R&B singers or whoever, call them for features. It gives these little singing chicks credability.

Last but not least, what does record sales or his money got to do with this? Nobody here gets anything from these rappers plaques. They don’t get no prizes for buying their album. I have no idea why the fans or anybody else have fits over record sales and money. When nobody here is seeing any of it. I never understood that. What happened to having good music? People focus on the wrong things right now.

LOL @ whoever said Jada and them would be lost without Styles. No, it’s the other way around. If Jada didn’t have the biggest name out of the crew and two platinum plaques to his name, the crew wouldn’t necessarily be noticed. Although they don’t look at it that way because tehy all play their part.
